The 3rd International Street Art Festival Patras

ArtWalk 3 is coming to change the city!

 


For the first time in Greece, artists of street art from all around the world, will participate to ArtWalk 3 to be held on May and June 2018. The non profit organization, Art in Progress will host some of the most important Greek and foreign artists of street art with international experience. The artists, “leaving their personal mark”, will add a new dynamic and content to the city, filling out with extrovertness and color the city of Patras.

The artists who participated in OPEN CALL of the event surpassed every initial expectation, with applications reaching 50 and the participants representing both Greece and many foreign countries. Indicatively there were entries from the US, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, France, the Netherlands and Mexico. The drafts submitted by the participants showed great creative interest, making the final choice particularly difficult. The artists chosen to create this year’s wall murals in the city of Patras are APSET, BILOS, CHRISTINA ANGELINA, DIMITRIS DOKOS, DIMITRIS KOKORIS, FELIX RODEWALDT, FIKOS, HAMBAS, POLITICAL STENCIL, TAXIS, and WD.
